Other product label text: R3HYDR8 Energy is a carbohydrate-electrolyte sports drink. To optimise fuelling and hydration during moderate and high intensity exercise, R3HYDR8 Energy provides a mixture of glucose and fructose containing carbohydrates, in an isotonic formulation, allowing maximal absorption from the gastrointestinal tract. It provides 70mg of sodium per 100mL of fluid, the average sodium loss of athletes during exercise, from non-commercially refined salt. R3HYDR8 Energy can also be used as a source of carbohydrate and rapidly absorbed fluid to prepare for exercise, or for rapid refuelling and rehydration after exercise.
